eGift Card Policy

1. Issuance of eGift Cards

eGift Cards can be purchased online through our website or in-person.

eGift Cards are available in various denominations, ranging from $25 to $1000.

All sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

2. Redemption

Redeemable when presented.

eGift Cards may be used to purchase any amount or massage service in addition to gratuities for services rendered.

eGift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or certificates.

The total purchase amount, including taxes and fees, will be deducted from the eGift Card balance.  Any remaining funds on the eGift Card will be retained for future use. 

If the purchase amount exceeds the eGift Card balance, the remaining amount will be due.

3. Balance Inquiry

Customers can check their eGift Card(s) balance online through our website or by contacting us.

4. Expiration and Fees

eGift Cards do not expire.

No fees will be charged for the activation or use of any eGift Cards.

5. Lost, Stolen or Unauthorized Use 

Royal Table Massage is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of eGift Cards nor will they be replaced or refunded.

6. Fraud

Royal Table Massage reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold for review any eGift Card purchase(s) suspected of fraud or other violations of this policy.

7. General Terms

eGift Cards are non-transferable and cannot be resold.

Use of eGift Cards constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Royal Table Massage reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

10. Additional Information
